When you are at a trade show or an exhibition, you are swimming in an ocean of competitors, and they are likely all well-prepared. You only got like three seconds to capture your client’s eyes and make an impression. In that three seconds, you have to send sufficient information - who are you, what do you do and why choose you. All that can be done with one great trade show graphic.
Trade show graphics, or trade show banners, can be seen as large printed images, like posters; or it could be a image with narrative paragraphs introducing yourself; also it could be your company logo accompanied with your services, products or goals.
Also, it is advised to cut down the writing part on your trade show display, as you may have guessed people tend not to pay much attention to reading, especially on the trade show when they got all kinds of attractive signs and posters around. Try to make a visually inviting post dotted with few but informative description.
Last bu not least, always do an after-check, little things like headlines, graphic dot or ruptures, grammar errors. They can be silly mistakes but once you make them, they are destructive. A poster with grammer mistakes or picture broken spot delivers a message that you don’t care or you are not competent.
